How I built MY life by design…
my name is kate connolly.
When I hit my early 30’s I decided to hand my life over to the universe.
What I DIDN’T bank on is a surprise pregnancy, a fledgling business left to me, an interstate move, a marriage breakdown and being left alone to carry it all in the following two years!
I worked hard to figure out “what was wrong with me”, but I didn’t really have the tools that I needed to ask for EXACTLY what I wanted and healing all the stuff that got in the way.
I learnt over time, not only how to get out of my own negative spirals, but to really create tangible change that helped me live my dream life.
It is a journey that I couldn’t cheat my way through!
These days I’m really happy to say that I have more confidence, a soul aligned and rewarding career, great health and a healthy and connected family.
