How Your Akashic Records Help You Create Your Desired Reality
Your Thoughts Shape Your Reality: The Power of Intentions in Creating the Life You Desire.
Imagine a library or recording of all your experiences, past, present and future. Imagine you can access these records. Are they set in stone? What do they say about who you are? What role could they play in your intentions for your life?
Sitting energetically in the etheric field, the Akashic records are a fascinating and beautiful recording of all your experiences. Having an awareness of them is important if you're in the business of healing, and if you're in the business of understanding yourself more deeply and how you function in the world.
These records give us the beautiful awareness that not everything we experience is pre-destined. We have a say. We can place intentions. As sovereign, conscious humans we always have a choice.
“Thoughts become things”
What if your intentions aren’t becoming real?
If you want to heal an aspect of yourself that is holding your intentions back from becoming real, you have different ways you can tackle this, including by addressing the Akashic records. I wouldn't necessarily recommend you do this on your own without a healer or a guided meditation or someone to help you through it.
We did it in our IHR meditation class recently, but if you can find someone who resonates with you and it feels like this could be helpful to you, by all means go and do a healing. Otherwise, just be aware of your consciousness and what you're creating and bringing into your life.
Take responsibility for this. If you have bad thoughts about someone or if you're thinking negatively, take responsibility for whatever comes of that. That's not to say you have to be uber-super-duper careful about your own thoughts, but when you create an intention, do it with as much benevolence and clear-mindedness as possible

I promised to myself…
Whatever you intend, be mindful that it will become a resonance the universe will feed back to you.
Think the good thoughts. Place the good intentions. Your mind doesn't know the difference between imagination and reality.
