Understanding the Seven Auric Fields: Exploring the Energy Layers that Shape Our Physical and Spiritual Reality.

In our IHR meditation classes at the moment, we’re going through each of the seven auric fields surrounding our bodies to understand:

What the auric layers are
What forms they take
What properties they have
How they interact with the body

But why is it so important we learn about these energy fields at this point in our human evolution? And what is so special about the fifth auric layer, the etheric template?

The seven auric layers aid our understanding of what's happening in our lives, and in our bodies, beyond our five physical senses. By becoming more conscious and understanding ourselves better, we grow up as human beings. After all, we are not just physical; we are also energy. We have multiple different aspects to ourselves, including emotional and energetic layers of our body. Auric layers, too, create part of our physical reality.

“You know how you clear your throat before speaking?”

The fifth auric layer is the etheric template, roughly 45 to 60 centimetres off the body. We're talking about an energy field a fair way out in space around you. It's associated with aspects of the physical body, but through an energetic field, or doorway, or template.

It's also associated with the fifth chakra at the throat. For those people who have blocks with their speaking, the fifth chakra is usually around speaking your truth or speaking your knowledge, especially when it’s energetically or spiritually inclined guidance. If you have a truth that you're not speaking to loved ones or other people, the throat chakra is important and it is connected to the fifth auric field.

This etheric template holds the blueprint of everything that exists on the physical plane, and it works like a photographic negative.

Interestingly, this layer is where sound creates matter. Sound healing works most beautifully on this etheric template. If you have ever experienced sound healing, it's amazing. It can shift how the etheric template functions, which is how it can help the physical body. Pretty cool, right?
