Exploring Celestial Ecstasy: A Gateway to Spiritual Bliss and Oneness
Yes, it’s true we live in the real world. But think of the reasons we do these meditation classes. Why do most people do any kind of spiritual practice?
Hopefully, it’s so we can get into this state of feeling all the domains we're looking for in life. I’m talking about a sense of unconditional love, belonging, completeness, and feeling healed.
That sense of absolute connection is within our reach if we want it.
Most goals ultimately reach towards this state of bliss and love. And when you hit this state of spiritual ecstasy? It's contagious and it's beautiful.
If everybody tried to connect more into this every day, imagine how different the world would be. Imagine if we gave ourselves permission to take time out for ourselves to try and connect. Imagine connecting into our heart space, the world, and other people. We have this beautiful heart opening opportunity.
We have the opportunity to change the world. This is not an exaggeration.
If everybody started the day that way, how different would we be functioning? How different would we be with other people?
A powerful opportunity to change the world
If you started your day in ecstatic bliss, are you going to start wars? Are you going to start fights? Are you going to create drama?
I don't think so.
We have a powerful opportunity to change:
How we function in the world
How our brains work
How our bodies work
How we experience and relate to other people
It's an exciting experience we can bring in. We can do that through this energy layer, through this celestial layer of the body, which opens us up into unconditional love. It comes from our heart chakra connecting into the celestial layer about a metre off our body. We can connect into that with intention.
Connect into the unconditional love we can have in the world, and in the universe.
“How do we bring in unconditional love?”
We can bring this in through meditation, singing, intention, and deep breathing. You have many other ways, too, to connect into it.
Play with it, like we did in our latest meditation class. You will have some blocks and sabotages and potentially some resistances to sitting in that state of ecstatic bliss if you're stressed right now. It will be hard to go from stress to bliss. We don't necessarily jump 7, 8, or 9 levels of awareness, energy and emotions straight away.
But what if everybody practiced? What if we allowed ourselves to at least get more peace and less chatter in our minds? What if we got a little more open in our hearts?
If we did that every few days, how different would the world be? We might:
Elevate awareness and energy
Feel unconditional love
Know just how much we belong
Connect deeper to our heart-space, and each other
Spread peace
I hope I can place this intention out there. It might catch on.
We have the opportunity to change the world just by connecting to our own selves, and into our own bliss.
